Built a fully on-device exam-proctoring system on a Qualcomm QCS9075 edge board —a Rust vision pipeline (person detection, face/head-pose analysis, gaze estimation)on one NPU core and an on-device LLM judge (Qwen3-4B) on the other, running offlineat 10 FPS with no cloud dependency.
